Social Support Individual

Our dedicated Social Support team provides weekly/fortnightly/monthly scheduled accompanied services to consumers.

We assist with purchasing groceries, clothing and pharmaceuticals and also provide accompanied support for banking, bill payments and other appointments (medical appointments can be added to the regular schedule). 

The service also includes one-on-one support with companionship-based home visits, accompanied outings tailored to the consumer’s needs and phone monitoring services.

Our support team is culturally and linguistically diverse (Italian, Mandarin, Korean, Farsi and Armenian).

Days/Times

We can provide support from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Days and times are flexible, and can be arranged according to individual consumer needs and staff availability.

Consumers are accompanied by the staff at all times, from their homes to the destination and back home.
