Sydney Community Services Achieves 100% Audit Result

Sydney Community Services is proud to announce that we have successfully achieved a 100% result in our Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission audit.

This exceptional outcome confirms that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety and governance required under Australia’s aged care system. Re-registration audits are conducted every three years by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission to ensure providers continue to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care for older Australians.

The comprehensive audit involved a rigorous review of our systems, processes and service delivery. Auditors examined evidence of care, interviewed leadership, staff, clients and families, and assessed how we manage quality, risk and continuous improvement across our aged care services.

Auditors recognised the strength of our governance and operational systems, as well as the professionalism, compassion and commitment demonstrated by our team. Most importantly, the audit confirmed the high standard of care and support we provide to our aged care consumers each and every day.

Achieving a 100% result is a significant accomplishment and reinforces our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality services that empower older people to live independently, with dignity, choice and confidence.
