Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) offers funding for support services to help people aged 65 and over (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) stay living at home and remain engaged in the community.

CHSP services focus on promoting independence and fostering connections to your community, tailored to your personal goals.

CHSP is not intended for individuals with more complex care needs. If your needs are greater, you may want to explore the Support at Home Program to ensure you receive the appropriate support.
