Looking for a friendly and welcoming way to spend your Friday? The Friday Group at the Seniors Hub is designed for older adults to connect, share, and feel supported in a relaxed, social setting.

Everyone is welcome – our group caters to all abilities, including people with mobility needs or living with dementia. Carers can also enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe, supported, and having a great day.

Activities held at the hub include quizzes and games, picnics and BBQs, craft and music and gentle exercise classes. Excursions are also part of the monthly program and can be both day trips and shorter outings.
