Our Commitment to High‑Quality Service and Complaints Handling
At Sydney Community Services, we’re dedicated to delivering support you can rely on. We take all feedback seriously — including compliments, suggestions, and complaints — and we always handle your input with confidentiality and respect for your privacy.
If you make a complaint, we’ll investigate what happened, why it happened, and how we can improve. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated so you always know what to expect.
Continuous improvement is central to what we do. Your feedback helps us strengthen our services for individuals and for our organisation as a whole.
