Our Financial Counselling service is a free and confidential support program for anyone facing financial difficulties or seeking guidance around credit and debt.
Delivered by qualified staff and trained volunteers—members of the Financial Counsellors’ Association of NSW—this service provides respectful, non-judgemental support tailored to your needs. Whether you’re navigating a temporary setback or a more complex situation, we’re here to help you regain control and build confidence in managing your money.
Services include:
- Short-term emergency financial and material assistance
- One-on-one financial counselling and planning support
- Referrals to additional services that can address deeper challenges, such as:
- Drug and alcohol rehabilitation
- Supported accommodation
- Mental health services
You don’t have to face financial stress alone. Reaching out is the first step toward stability and peace of mind—and we’re here to help.
Service operating times
Financial Counselling is an outreach program of neighbouring organisation Christian Community Aid held at 46 Gladesville Road, Hunters Hill and is by appointment only.
