Looking for a friendly and welcoming way to spend your Friday? The Friday Group at the Seniors Hub is designed for older adults to connect, share, and feel supported in a relaxed, social setting.

Everyone is welcome – our group caters to all abilities, including people with mobility needs or living with dementia. Carers can also enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe, supported, and having a great day.

Free transport is available for residents of Hunters Hill and Ryde.

How to Join:

You’ll need to be registered with My Aged Care under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme with a referral code for Social Support Group.
