The Seniors Hub is a friendly, welcoming daytime space for older adults to socialise, stay active and enjoy meaningful connections.
We support a wide range of interests and needs, including:
- General social groups
- Dementia‑friendly programs
- Dedicated women’s and men’s groups
The Hub is also a wonderful option for carers, offering peace of mind and some valuable time to recharge while their loved one enjoys a safe, engaging day.
What’s On
Mondays –Â Chinese Seniors Group
Enjoy friendly company, scenic outings and delicious lunches in a welcoming group environment.
Tuesday to Thursday –Â Hub Activities
A variety of engaging activities held at the Hub to suit different interests and abilities.
Fridays –Â Group Outings
Our outings cater to all abilities, including people with mobility support needs or those living with dementia. Learn more about our Friday Group.
Activities You’ll Enjoy
Our program is designed to be fun, stimulating and inclusive. Activities may include:
- Quizzes, games and social activities
- Arts, crafts and music
- Gentle exercise and movement classes
- Picnics and BBQs
- Monthly excursions, including day trips and shorter local outings
Programs vary each month to keep things fresh and enjoyable.
Getting There
Transport is easy and stress‑free.
Pick‑up and drop‑off from your home is provided by our friendly Hub staff.
Meals & Refreshments
We provide:
- Morning tea, lunch and light refreshments throughout the day
