Our team of highly trained Support Workers offer respite to carers by providing supports to the care recipient either at home or in the community. The Service includes one-on-one care, companionship-based home visits, accompanied outings tailored to the consumer’s interests and phone monitoring services.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. Times and days are flexible and arranged according to individual consumer needs and staff/volunteer availability.
If an in-home service is being provided staff travel to the consumer’s home. If an out of home service is being provided consumers can be picked-up and dropped-off from their own homes. Consumers can also meet staff at either the Hunters Hill Office at 46 Gladesville Rd or the Lane Cove Office at 1 Pottery Lane.
